MIG-400 is used in the symptomatic treatment of:
- mild to moderately severe pain
- fever
The recommended dose is:

Maximum daily dose (24 hours) 20 kg-29 kg 6 and 9 years 1/2 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 ibuprofenf) 1½ film-coated tablets (equivalent to 600 mg ibuprof) 30 kg-39 kg 10 and 12 years 1/2 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprof) 2 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 800 mg ibuprof) ≥40 kg (adolescents over 12 years of age and adults)
1/2 -1 film-coated tablet (equivalent to 200–400 mg ibuprof) 3 film-coated tablets (equivalent to 1200 mg ibuprof)
If you have taken the maximum single dose, wait at least 6 hours until the next dose.
