Indications:
Solpadeine tablets contain 3 active substances:
paracetamol – used as analgesic (relieves pain) and antipyretic (lowers fever), codeine phosphate – used as analgesic and caffeine, to quickly relieve moderate and moderate-severe pain.
Solpadeine tablets are used to relieve mild to moderate pain from rheumatism, sciatica and lumbago.
Solpadeine tablets are recommended for rapid relief of pain after sprains, osteoarthritis pain, muscle pain, headache, migraines and neuralgia, menstrual pain, sinusitis pain, dental pain post-surgery or after tooth extractions, sore throat, pain associated with cold and flu symptoms and to reduce fever.
Administration:
Oral.
Adults, elderly patients (with normal hepatic and renal function):
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, if necessary.
Do not take less than 4 hours apart and do not exceed 4 doses per day (8 tablets in 24 hours).
Do not exceed recommended doses.
Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Adolescents aged 12-15 years:
Take 1 tablet every 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses, equivalent to 4 tablets.
Adolescents aged 16-18 years:
Take 1-2 tablets every 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses, equivalent to 8 tablets.
Duration of treatment:
This should not be taken for more than 3 days. If the pain does not improve after 3 days, ask your doctor for advice.
