Antispasmin
is indicated for use in adults, adolescents and children over 6 years of age.
Antispasmin is an antispasmodic drug.
Antispasmin is used to reduce pain caused by various colic (biliary, renal, bladder, pain during the menstrual cycle, uterine spasms), as an antispasmodic in various digestive disorders (stomach ulcer, gastritis, enteritis, spasms of cardia and pylorus, irritable bowel syndrome, spastic colitis accompanied by constipation, bloating), headaches with intracranial tension.
Dosage:
Adults, adolescents:
The recommended dose is 3-6 Antispasmin tablets per day, divided into 2-3 doses.
Children over 6 years of age:
The recommended dose is 2-5 Antispasmin tablets per day, divided into 2-5 doses.
Children below 6 years of age:
As no data on safety and efficacy are available, Antispasmin is not indicated in this age group.
