Properties:
- can help calm bloating and flatulence;
- chewable tablets with immediate dissolution;
Simethicone in optimal doses can act strictly at intestinal level where it prevents the formation of gas bubbles;
Simethicone has a physical mechanism of action, not being absorbed by the body.
Active ingredients:
Simethicone corresponding to 80 mg dimethicone/tablet.
The other ingredients are: sorbitol, silicon dioxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium stearate, talc, lemon flavor.
Dosage:
Children 6-14 years: 1 chewable tablet 2-3 times a day.
Adolescents and adults: 1-2 chewable tablets 3-4 times a day.
The tablets are taken with or after meals and, if necessary, can be taken before bedtime.
Balonix Med, chewable tablets should not be used for more than 30 consecutive days.
Preparation of abdominal explorations for diagnostic purposes: the usual dose is 2-5 tablets on the day before the examination and 1-2 tablets on the morning of the day of the examination.
