INDICATIONS: Administer the product to horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, rabbits and hens (substitute juveniles, broilers) in respiratory, gastrointestinal, urogenital infections, caused by germs that are sensitive to sulfadiazine and trimethoprim.
The two active substances act synergistically providing a very good antibacterial spectrum, on both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria: Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Corynebacterium spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., Bordetella spp., Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp. It also acts effectively against some protozoa (Eimeria spp.).

COMPOSITION:
1 ml of solution contains:
Active substance:
Sulfadiazine……………………………………………………200 mg
Trimethoprim……………………………………………………40 mg
 
CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not administer to animals with serious yeanlingney and liver problems.
Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:

Sometimes, there may be skin rashes (hives), gastric irritation (anorexia, vomiting), arthritis, keratitis.
If you notice serious reactions or other effects not listed in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
Administer the product orally, either directly or in the drinking water, for 5-7 consecutive days, in the following doses:
Cattle, pigs, horses, sheep: 5 ml/80-100 kg bw/day;
Rabbits, hens (substitute juveniles, broilers): 4 ml/10 liters of drinking water/day.
Treatment may be extended in the case of severe infections until the animals heal.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION:
In order to ensure a proper dose, the weight of the animals will be properly assessed, so as to avoid any under-dose or overdose.
Administering a sufficient amount of liquids is recommended to avoid crystalluria.

WITHDRAWAL PERIODE:
Meat and offal: horses – 5 days, cattle, sheep, rabbits – 10 days, pigs – 8 days, hens (substitute juveniles, broilers) – 5 days.
Milk: cattle, sheep – 5 days.
One may not use it in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.

 PRECAUTIONS AND SPECIAL INDICATIONS

 STORAGE:

Keep out of the reach of children.
Store at temperatures lower than 25°C.
Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep away from frost.
Keep in the original packaging. Keep the bottle tightly closed.
Keep away from sunlight.
Do not use after the expiration date stated on the bottle.
Shelf life after first opening the primary packaging: 3 months.

Shelf life after dilution or reconstitution as instructed: 24 hours.
