-Bergamot (Citrus bergamia): 4 ml;
-Pine (Pinus sylvestris): 2 ml;
-Sacred Frankincense Tree (Boswellia sacra): 2 ml;
-Calabrian bergamot (Citrus bergamia): 1 ml;
-Caraway (Carum carvi): 0.4 ml;
-Sweet mint (Mentha viridis): 0.4 ml;
-Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens): 0.1 ml;
-Rose (Rosa damascena): 0.1 ml.
How to use:
Take 3-4 drops 2 times a day. Each dose is pre-dissolved in a teaspoon of honey or a quarter teaspoon of food grade oil.
