Indications:
Dicarbocalm Control is used for the short-term treatment of symptoms of reflux disease (eg heartburn, acid regurgitation) in adults.
Reflux is the return of stomach acid into the esophagus (the tube that connects the mouth and stomach), which can become inflamed and painful. This can cause symptoms such as a painful burning sensation in the chest that goes up to the throat (heartburn) and a sour taste in the mouth (acid regurgitation).
It is possible that the symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn will improve after only one day of treatment with Dicarbocalm Control, but this medicine is not intended for quick relief.
You may need to take the tablets for 2-3 consecutive days to relieve symptoms.
Method of administration:
Take one tablet a day.
You must take this medicine for at least 2-3 consecutive days. Stop taking Dicarbocalm Control when the symptoms disappear completely. Acid reflux symptoms and heartburn may improve after just one day of treatment with Dicarbocalm Control, but this medicine is not intended for quick relief.
Take the tablet before meals at the same time every day.
The tablet should be swallowed whole, with a sufficient amount of water. Do not chew or break the tablet.
