TARGET SPECIES: Pigs, dogs, cats and birds (broilers and turkeys).

INDICATIONS: The treatment of primary and secondary infections of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin and soft tissues, the external auditory canal.
Pigs: infections of the digestive and respiratory tract caused by bacteria and mycoplasma (enteritis, sepsis, salmonellosis, staphylococcia, mycoplasmosis), secondary bacterial infections, enteritis and respiratory diseases of viral origin.
Dogs and cats: respiratory, digestive, genitourinary infections, and dermatitis.
Birds (broilers and turkeys): mycoplasmosis, bacterial diseases and chronic respiratory infections, colibacillosis, cholera, coryza, salmonellosis, staphylococcia, hepatitis, arthritis.

COMPOSITION:

Active substance:
Enrofloxacin……………………………………………………..25 mg
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.
Do not administer to horses.
Do not administer to dogs with a history of epilepsy.
Do not administer to dehydrated animals (crystalluria may occur).

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
In the administration of enrofloxacin-based products, adverse effects have been found to occur rather rarely.
The following symptoms may occur: anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain.
Neurological symptoms may appear, such as: visual acuity worsening, dizziness, headache, seizures.
Allergic reactions can occur: skin rashes, photosensitization, fever, leukopenia, thrombopenia, hemolytic anemia.
In older animals, respiratory signs may appear, which translate as respiratory depression.
If you notice serious reactions or other effects not listed in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
Administer the tablets orally, either individually or ground in a mortar and incorporated into the food, to pigs, dogs, cats and birds (broilers and turkeys).
Daily dose: 1 tablet/5 kg bw (5 mg of active substance/kg bw). The duration of treatment is 5 days.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION:
In order to ensure proper dosage, the body weight of the animals should be accurately determined, whenever possible, to avoid under-dosing.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat and offal:
- pigs: 7 days;
- turkeys: 12 days;
- broilers: 5 days.
Do not administer to birds whose eggs are intended for human consumption.

 

STORAGE:
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Store at temperatures lower than 25°C.
Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Keep in the original packaging, tightly closed.
Do not use after the expiration date stated on the label.
