Indications:
Espumisan oral drops, emulsion is used:
- to treat gastrointestinal symptoms caused by gas, for example gas accumulation in the intestine (flatulence, bloating).
- to treat gastrointestinal symptoms caused by gas, for example excessive formation of gas in the intestine after operations;
- for preparation for diagnostic examination of the abdomen (for example, in radiography and sonography, endoscopic examination; as an adjunct to suspensions with contrast substances).
Method of administration:
There are two ways to measure the dose of Espumisan 100 mg/ml oral drops, emulsion:
Depending on how large the dose is, its measurement can be done with: the dropper, a measuring device graduated in milliliters (ml).
The dose of Espumisan 100 mg/ml oral drops, emulsion must be determined according to the intensity of the symptoms.
Age group / Dose in drops (with the dropper):
Infants 5: 10 drops in each bottle or in a spoon before each feeding
1 - 6 years: 10 drops 3 - 5 times a day
6 - 14 years :10- 20 drops 3 - 5 times a day
Adolescents and adults: 20 drops 3 - 5 times a day.
