TARGET SPECIES: Cattle, sheep, goats.

INDICATIONS: It is recommended in the treatment of fasciolosis (Fasciola spp.), paramphistomosis (Paramphistomum spp.) and cestodes (in order to eliminate proglothis) in cattle, sheep and goats.

COMPOSITION:
1 ml of oral suspension contains:
Active substances:
Oxyclozanide ……………………….………………...….… 50 mg
Excipients:
Benzoic acid …………………………………………………. 2 mg
Colloidal silicon dioxide, xanthan gum, polysorbate 80, ultrapure water.
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
It is not administered to animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.


ADVERSE REACTIONS:
After the treatment, mild anorexia and diarrhea may occur. High doses can cause blindness, hyperthermia, seizures and death, these are the classical signs of inhibition of phosphorylation reactions at the cellular level. Adverse reactions usually occur in highly stressed animals, those with severe nutrition or metabolism problems or in animals with severe parasitic infestations.

ADMINISTRATION METHOD:
It is administrated administered orally in the following doses. Shake the bottle well before use. The recommended doses are:
In cattle:
10 ml of product/50 kg body weight (10 mg of oxyclozanide/kg body weight).
Avoid exceeding the dose of 80 ml of product per animal.
In sheep and goats:
3 ml of product/10 kg body weight (15 mg oxyclozanide/kg body weight).
Avoid exceeding the dose of 15 ml of product per animal.
In order to ensure a proper dosage, the body weight must be determined as accurately as possible, in order to avoid over-dosage and under-dosagei.


RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION:
Shake the bottle well before use.


WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Cattle, sheep, goats: meat and offal – 14 days;
milk – zero days.

 
 

STORAGE:
Store in the original packaging, tightly closed, in dry places, at temperatures below 25ºC, away from frost and from the direction action of light.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use after the expiration date stated on the bottle.
Shelf life after the first opening of the primary packaging: 3 months
