Flamozil is a hydrocolloidal gel that does not contain parabens and is indicated for the treatment of acute or chronic wounds, wet or dry, open or closed.
For wounds caused by: bedsores, diabetic foot, varicose ulcer, skin ulcers, surgical wounds, superficial burns, cuts, scratches, sunburn.
Properties:
- Creates a moist environment favorable to the wound healing process;
- Apply to open wound;
- Quickly closes the wound;
- Reduces scar formation and causes epithelialization;
- Cools quickly and soothes pain;
- It is used by doctors to treat chronic wounds - diabetic foot ulcer, skin ulcers, burns, open ulcers, necrotic wounds;
- Does not sting or irritate;
- Changing the bandage is less painful:
- keeps moisture levels optimal (for wet wounds)
- moisturizes dry wounds
- Controls the microbial environment of the wound.
How to use:
Closed wounds:
- Clean and disinfect the area to be treated
- Apply Flamozil to the wound without touching the wound with the
tube- Apply a bandage or patch if necessary.
Open wounds:
- Clean and disinfect the
wound- Gently pat until dry
- Apply a thick layer (0.5-0.75 cm) on the wound without touching the wound with the
tube- Apply a bandage or patch
- Reapply gel and/or bandage/patch at least daily
- Reduce Flamozil application once a crust appears on the wound.
