Frontline Spot On Dog S (2-10 kg) -  Antiparasitic Pipette:

  • Used in the treatment and prevention of infestations with fleas  and ticks in dogs.

  • Preventing the reproduction of fleas by stopping the development of eggs, larvae and pupae developed from eggs laid by fleas for 6 weeks after application.

  • is a treatment that kills fleas and ticks by contacting the parasite with the medicine applied to your pet's skin.
  • After application, it does not pass into the animal's blood, but concentrates in the sebum of its skin (a thin surface layer) being thus stored in the sebaceous glands.

  • On animal lice
  • FRONTLINE Spot On S kills the lice present on the animal in a maximum of 48 hours.

  • Frontline Spot On S should not be used on puppies less than 8 weeks old or weighing less than 2 kg. 
  • Do not use in sick animals (systemic diseases, fever) in convalescence. 
  • Do not use in rabbits, because it can cause adverse reactions and even the death of the animal.

Adverse effects:

  • Slight hypersalivation in the event of the product accidentally entering the oral cavity. 
  • In special cases, skin reactions may occur at the site of product application (skin discoloration, local alopecia, itching, erythema), itching and general alopecia have been reported after use. In exceptional cases, hypersalivation, reversible neurological reactions (agitation, depression, nervousness), vomiting, or respiratory symptoms have been reported. 
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Pharmaceutical precautions:

  • It is very important to make sure that the application of the product is done in an area where the dog cannot lick the product and also to make sure that the animals do not lick each other after the treatment. 
  • The animal must not be bathed for 2 days after the administration of the treatment. 
  • There may already be one tick on the animal. For this reason, the transmission of an infectious disease cannot be excluded.

Use during pregnancy:

  • Frontline Spot On S pipette can be used in pregnant and lactating bitches.

Administration and dosage:

  • The minimum interval between treatments is 4 weeks.

Avoid spraying in the animal's eyes.

Recommendations for the person administering the treatment:

  • This product can cause irritation of the mucous membrane and eyes. Consequently, contact of the product with the mouth or eyes should be avoided. 
  • Animals and people with hypersensitivity to insecticides or alcohol should avoid contact with Frontline Spot On S pipettes. 
  • Avoid contact with fingers, if this happens, wash hands with soap and water. 
  • If accidentally sprayed in the eyes, it is recommended to wash with water. 
  • Wash your hands well with soap and water after applying the treatment; 
  • Avoid handling the animal until the place where the product was applied is dry, also children should not play with the animals until the fur is dry. That is why it is recommended to apply the treatment in the evening, and during the night the dogs should sleep alone, not with one of the owners and especially not with the children. 
  • Do not smoke, eat or drink during the application of the treatment.
