HELMIZOL A 10 - Recommended for the treatment of endoparasites in cattle - 100 ml

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
It is not administered in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
There were none reported at the recommended doses. If you notice any serious reactions or other effects not stated in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.

ADMINISTRATION METHOD:
It is administrated orally, using usual devices, the doses recommended being the following (1 ml of oral suspension correspond to 100 mg of albendazole):
Cattle:
7.5 ml of product/100 kg body weight is administered, corresponding to 7.5 mg of albendazole/kg body weight.
For the treatment of adult trematodes, as well as of larval stages of Ostertagia spp., the dose is increased to 10 ml of product/100 kg body weight, which is 10 mg of albendazole/ kg body weight.
The veterinarian will establish the repeat treatment depending on the biological cycle of the parasites. For a proper administration, the weight of the animals and the accuracy of the dosing device must be properly determined. The animals treated collectively, for the purpose of avoiding under- or overdosing, they will be grouped depending on the body weight. No special diet is required before or after the treatment.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION:
Shake the bottle before use.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat and offal: 10 days.
Milk: 72 hours.
