Indications:
Granulated Hepa-Merz belongs to the group: liver therapy.
Granulated Hepa-Merz stimulates ammonia detoxification by increasing urea synthesis in the urea cycle. It helps extrahepatic detoxification of ammonia from tissues.
In the treatment of latent or manifest hepatic encephalopathy in conditions with insufficient hepatic detoxification activity (e.g. cirrhosis of the liver) and their complications.
Contraindications:
Do not use Hepa-Merz: Hypersensitivity to L-ornithine-L-aspartate or to any of the excipients.
Administration:
The contents of 1 – 2 sachets of granulated Hepa-Merz will be dissolved in a sufficient amount of liquid (for example a glass of water, tea or juice) and the solution obtained will be administered orally up to 3 times / day.
