How to use:
1.Open the packaging immediately before using the product. It may take 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach therapeutic temperature.
2. Apply the product over the painful area with the darker side on the skin. If you are over 55, wear the product over clothing, not directly on your skin.
3. Do not use more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
