- Nutriose is a water-soluble prebiotic fiber that improves glucose tolerance and decreases insulin resistance.
How to use:
It is recommended to take one Inogest sachet twice a day. It is administered every 12 hours. The contents of one sachet are dissolved in 150 ml of water (half a glass). The resulting drink has a pleasant minty taste. Supplementation with 150 ml of water will cause the taste to change, pleasant or less pleasant depending on each person, but it will not influence the action of the product.
It contains natural stevia sweetener, without calories and does not cause increases in blood sugar levels. It can also be administered to diabetic patients in complete safety.
