PH. ACTION:
Amitraz is an ectoparasiticide that acts by inhibiting mono-amine oxidases and by blocking neuromuscular transmission at the level of parasites, leading to their detachment and death.
INDICATIONS: Used in the treatment of:
-scabies,
-demodicosis,
-cutaneous myiasis
-ectoparasitosis
produced by ticks, lice in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and for bees.
