Properties:

Directions:
Use Lepicol twice daily at least 30 minutes before meals. Shake before use.
Adults - Take 1-2 heaped teaspoons dissolved in 250 ml of water or juice once or twice a day (5-10g). Consume immediately after mixing, then drink another glass of water (250 ml). It starts with a reduced dose that can then be gradually adjusted according to needs.
Children - Half of the adult dose under adult supervision. In children under 11 years of age, parents should consult their doctor before administration.
Pregnancy - Lepicol can also be used during pregnancy, but it is always recommended to consult your doctor before taking any dietary supplement.
