Matcha (which in Japanese means tea powder) is considered by most specialists to be the most important variety of green tea due to its many beneficial properties for the body.
Compared to a cup of regular green tea, matcha contains 137 times more antioxidants, which play an important role in the fight against free radicals and which stimulate the body's detoxification.
How to use:
- add 5 grams of powder (one teaspoon) to a cup, pour over hot water, close to boiling point. Mix well and then serve warm. The dose of powder can be increased or decreased according to your own taste. Drink 1-2 cups a day.
