NORMAL SALINE - Elimination of toxins and base for the injectable treatment

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS
In the case of the dose and administration method, it has no negative effects on the organism. The administration of the product is not recommended in saline retention conditions: heart failure, nephrotic syndrome.
Before mixing it with another veterinary medicinal product, one must check the pH range at which said product keeps its effectiveness, it must be between 4.5 and 7.0.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
The product is generally well tolerated and it does not cause adverse reactions, under the conditions in which the dose is met.

ADMINISTRATION METHOD
In cattle, horses, it is administered intravenously (i.v.) in doses of 500 – 1500 ml of product/animal;
In calves, foals, sheep, pigs, it is administered i.v., intramuscularly (i.m.) and subcutaneously (s.c.) in doses of 200 – 400 ml of product/animal;
In dogs and cats, it is administered i.v., i.m. and s.c. in doses of 20 – 100 ml of product/animal.
The treatment can be repeated during the same day or at 24-hour intervals.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION
When administered i.v., the product is injected slowly, at the body temperature.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Horses, cattle, sheep, pigs: meat and offal: zero days.
Cattle, sheep: milk: zero days.
