INDICATIONSI: The treatment of infections of the respiratory, digestive or urogenital system, caused by oxytetracycline-sensitive germs.
Cattle: actinobacillosis, pododermatitis, pneumonia, pasteurellosis, mastitis, metritis.
Sheep, goats: infectious pododermatitis, pneumonia, mastitis.
Pigs: enteritis, erysipelas, pneumonia, the mastitis-metritis-agalactia syndrome.
Cats and dogs: respiratory, urogenital and gastrointestinal infections, sepsis.

COMPOSITION:
1 ml contains:
Active substance:
Oxytetracycline hydrocloride……………………………….100 mg
Excipients:
Sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate………………………….....5 mg
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not administer to animals with severe yeanlingney and liver failure.
Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Sometimes, transient reactions may occur at the site of injection. Allergic or anaphylactic reactions in animals with hypersensitivity may rarely occur. Following treatment, the urine may be darken in color. During the process of osteogenesis, tetracyclines can cause a yellowing of the teeth. If you notice any serious reactions or other effects not listed in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
Administer it intramuscularly or intravenously, slowly, every day for 3 – 5 days:
Cattle: 4 – 8 ml of product/100 kg bw, i.e. 4 – 8 mg of oxytetracycline hydrochloride/kg bw.
Sheep, goats, pigs: 2 – 4 ml of product/50 kg bw, i.e. 4 – 8 mg of oxytetracycline hydrochloride/kg bw.
Dogs, cats: (intramuscularly) 1 ml of product/10 kg bw, i.e. 10 mg of oxytetracycline hydrochloride/kg bw.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION:
AIntravenous administration should be performed slowly. Intravenous administration is not recommended in dogs and cats. Dilution with calcium salts is not recommended since the product may precipitate.
In order to ensure the proper dose, the body weight of the animals should be calculated as accurately as possible, so as to avoid under-dosing of the product..

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat and offal: cattle – 21 days;
Sheep, goats, pigs – 14 days.
Milk: cattle, sheep, goats – 3 days (6 milkings).

 PRECAUTIONS AND SPECIAL INDICATIONS


STORAGE:
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Store at temperatures lower than 25°C.
Keep away from direct sunlight.
Keep away from frost.
Do not use after the expiration date stated on the bottle.
Shelf life after first opening the primary packaging: 28 days.
