Indications:
Parasinus Cold and Flu contains two active ingredients , ibuprof and pseudoep .
They help relieve pain and reduce high temperature ( fever ) .
They help open up the nasal passages and relieve nasal congestion .
Parasinus Cold and Flu is used in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over for the symptomatic treatment of the common cold and flu , including headache , high temperature ( fever ) , sore throat , aches , nasal obstruction .

How much to take
• The recommended dose is 1 capsule every 4 to 6 hours .
• If symptoms are more severe, you can take 2 capsules at the same time .
• Do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours.
The capsules are swallowed whole , with a large glass of water .
