Indications:
– Increases the mobilization of secretions in the lower respiratory tract by osmotic effect, for example in bronchiolitis, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, etc.
– Prevents drying of the bronchial mucosa;
– RespiSun, hypertonic saline solution 3% for inhalation, can be used using compressor or ultrasonic nebulizers.
Ingredients:
sodium chloride – 3 g, purified water qs ad 100 ml.
Dosage:
The recommended dose of RespiSun is 1 ampoule 2 to 4 times a day.
– Detach the unidose and open it by turning the upper part.
– Pour the inhalation solution into the nebulizer.
– Use the nebulizer according to the instructions provided by its manufacturer.
Side effects:
In rare cases, temporary irritation (eg cough) or reversible constriction of the bronchi may occur. It is recommended to administer bronchodilator medication beforehand. If adverse effects occur, stop treatment and ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
