Tribulus Terrestris is a plant used since ancient times in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine (Ayurveda).
With small and yellow flowers, respectively unusual fruits as well as the shape, a fact that attracted the popular name "Babe's thorn", Tribulus terrestris has in its composition a series of active elements and substances that are not found in any other plant or food.
Method of use:
- daily use of approximately 5g is recommended. As a way of introducing it into the diet, it can be added to water, smoothies or fruit juices.
This is an agricultural product, as such there may be certain differences between batches in terms of: color, smell, aroma, appearance or composition, reflecting growing conditions and seasonal variations.
