TARGET SPECIES: Calves, pigs, hens (broiler chickens, substitute juveniles, laying hens), turkeys. 

INDICATIONS: The product is recommended in the prophylaxis (in herds and flocks where the diagnosis has been confirmed) and the treatment of infections caused by germs sensitive to tylosin:
Calves: pulmonary infections caused by Mycoplasma spp. and/or Pasteurella multocida.
Pigs: chronic respiratory diseases.
Hens (broiler chickens, substitute juveniles, laying hens), turkeys: chronic respiratory diseases caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, necrotic enteritis, chronic infectious sinusitis in turkeys.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not administer to animals exhibiting hypersensitivity to tylosin.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
Tylosin can cause severe diarrhea in calves. In pigs, there have been reports of edema of the rectal mucosa and mild anal swelling with itching, erythema and diarrhea, as adverse effects. If you notice serious reactions or other effects not mentioned in this leaflet, please inform your veterinarian.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
Administer the product orally, in the drinking water, milk or milk substitutes, for a minimum of 5 consecutive days, as follows:
Calves: in the milk or milk substitutes: 80 mg of product/kg bw/day (45 mg of active substance/kg bw/day) in two doses. Dissolve 1 g of product/liter or milk substitutes and administer twice/day, for 7 - 14 consecutive days.
Pigs: 0.25 – 0.5 g of product/liter of drinking water (25 mg of active substance/kg bw).
Broiler chickens, substitute juveniles, laying hens: 1 g of product/liter of drinking water (35 mg of active substance/kg bw).
Turkeys:
- Under the age of 10 weeks: 1 – 1.2 g of product/liter of drinking water;
- Over the age of 10 weeks: 0.5 – 0.6 g of product/liter of drinking water.
If the animals do not show an improvement in their health, consult the veterinarian for a reassessment of the diagnosis. In order to ensure proper dosage, the body weight should be determined as accurately as possible. The duration of treatment shall not exceed 3 weeks.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPER ADMINISTRATION:
Do not administer the product as such. The medicated water shall be prepared every day and shall be the only source of water over the course of the treatment period.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat and offal: calves, pigs – 10 days; hens (broiler chickens, substitute juveniles, laying hens) and turkeys – 4 days.
Eggs – 4 days.

 PRECAUTIONS AND SPECIAL INDICATIONS

STORAGE:
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Store at temperatures lower than 25°C.
Keep away from frost.
Keep away from direct sunlight.
Keep in a dry place, in the original packaging, tightly closed.
Do not use after the product expiration date stated on the label.
Shelf life after first opening the primary packaging: 3 months.
Shelf life after dilution into the drinking water: 1 day.
