TARGET SPECIES: Dogs and cats.
INDICATIONS: It is recommended in dogs and cats, in the treatment of gastrointestinal nematodes (eggs, larvae and adults of Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonine, Ancylostoma spp., Uncinaria spp., Trichocephalus spp.), cestodes (Dipylidium caninum) and trematodes (Paragonimus kellicotti).

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
It shall not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance.

ADMINISTRATION METHOD:
It is administered orally in the following doses, depending on the type of the parasite:
- 10 mg of albendazole/kg body weight/day, (1 tablet/5 kg b.w./day) in the infestation with gastrointestinal nematodes (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonine, Ancylostoma spp., Uncinaria spp.), cestodes (Dipylidium caninum) and trematodes (Paragonimus kellicotti), for 1 to 3 days in a row;
- 25 mg of albendazole/kg body weight/day, (1 tablet/2 kg b.w./day) in the infestation with Trichocephalus spp., for 2 days.
In order to ensure a correct dosage, the body weight must be determined as accurately as possible.
