The recommended dose is 1 sachet per day, at least 2 hours after a meal, or between two antibiotic administrations if appropriate.
The contents of one sachet are dissolved in a quarter glass of water or milk and administered immediately after preparation.
If you are taking antibiotics for 7-10 days, it is good to start taking Zir-Fos from the antepenultimate day of antibiotic treatment (day 5 and 8, respectively).
However, if your doctor has recommended antibiotic treatment for at least two weeks, then it is preferable to start taking Zir-Fos from the first day of antibiotic treatment and continue for another 10 days after you have finished that course of antibiotics.
